Just spoke with my good pal Frank Marr, master carpenter and guitarist for Bunnydrums and he tells me they’ll be doing 4 shows this summer. July 5th they’ll be playing Trocadero. With the exception of adding iMovie titles, I shot (with Rob Kessler) and edited this for Comcast Public Access using a Panasonic machine that was far superior to using 2 consumer VHS decks that yielded glitches galore. The event was a benefit for Lee Paris held at Houston Hall, Univercity of Pennsylvania. Stay tuned, more to 80s shite to come. Bunnydrums My Space upcoming dates include
My Glidecam 2000 Pro arrived shortly before a quick trip down to see my brother Andrew who was visiting our mother in Avalon New Jersey. Didn’t have much time to hang out but just enough to assemble the “stedicam”, grab some Sierra Nevada from Freds Liquor Store, or Gallaghers as I remember it some 30 years ago as 17 year old with fake ID. What a great place to give the Glidecam a quick test run. Two things to work on are having it balanced right and lots of practice. I’m going to love this toy on my sailboat.
Enjoy! Live life to the fullest and remember, tomorrow is promised to no one!
Hold tight CraicHeads, I’m in the middle of moving VHS and photos from the 80’s into the digital world. Learning Final Cut Pro is also alot to learn but look forward to some great stuff from Hawaii and Europe. Lots of new shoots lined up too, but for now check out this well viewed Youtube clip of a boy named Jimmy who goes sailing across the sea!
RIP Jack Wild!
