This the third part of our trilogy to Ireland. We saw some of Ireland’s best weather in 2007 and Killarney was our third stop after Dublin and Galway. We took a jaunting car ride through Killarney National Park, and the fine driver, whose name escapes us told of John McShane a builder who left for America and built the Pentagon with Philadelphia legend John Kelly Sr.. John Kelly Sr. was father to Grace Kelly and made his fortune in the brick business. According to our jaunty car driver, John McShane moved back to Killarney Ireland where he passed away in 1997 at the age of 92. He left his mansion and land to Killarney which now a folk museum and National Park. Happy St. Patrick’s Day Jimmy CraicHead

Philadelphia is just a few days away from Philly Beer Week, a first for this town and I must say that my beer geekiness far surpasses my tech geek. But like tech, my beer geek friends far out knowledge me in the hops, barley, Belgians, etc, etc, etc. In tribute to Philly Beer Week I offer this throwback to 1984 when beer meant ripcording Old Milwaukee or any other beer that had an old school pull tab. I’d like to thanks the stars of the video, Polka Joe Pils and Jeff aka “Fester” for slamming that beer. Thanks for checking in craicheads and crackheads!
