This was a real quick play with my brother Andrew as we took a walk to a local pub for some spirits and conversation. I live in the University City section of West Philadelphia which is a melting pot of Ivy League academics, anarchists, hippies and a growing community of Africans (Ghana, Ethiopia, Eritrea and many more). This is a video of my walk to the bar. A bit short but we were just winging it, therefore only a snapshot
of the community.

Interesting little strolling interview. Would like to have seen more panning of the architecture. Andrew is an alright question guy, but I wanted to see more of University City, since I’m too lazy to drive down there.
My son has a new friend from school who is Nigerian. He comes over with a bunch of other soccer buddies to watch professional games on TV. We have learned a lot about the rivalries, etc, through him. Most Americans don’t know much about World Soccer stuff. I didn’t either until recently. European football fans are MUCH wilder than Philadelphia sports fans! Their energy is amazing to me.
Get stronger content. That snapshot lacked substance!
Thanks for stopping by Larry. I agree, short on content. That’s why I called it a “snapshot”. Check out Odunde for better Philly material.
